Once on your dashboard, you will want to complete your profile fully by accomplishing all listing areas in the Manage User Profile section.

Let's begin by selecting the Contact Details button to load the first form tab to enter the main provider information.

The Contact Details tab is the first of five tabs for a complete profile for a business. Each tab has different fields for you to add information.

The Type of Listing is set by default to Company or Organization. If the listing is for an individual private practice for example, choose Personal/ Individual.

The contact name should be the point of contact individual for the business. It could be the owner, director, manager, or support personnel.

The email address is very important, as this will be the email address that receives leads, email correspondence and notifications for the listing.

If there are multiple phone numbers for the business, choose the first or primary number. Be sure to check that it is not a fax number.

The Company Name should be the client facing company name, not the official Business title or the Legal business name.

The position is for the contact person originally entered above.

Setting preference is how you deliver services. If this doesn't apply, you can leave blank and explain in the short description below. However, you won't appear in filtered search results if a visitor selects an option from this field during their search.

Adding Setting Preference, Ages, Issues, Primary Language & Insurance are all setup the same way. You may select more than one option. Click all that apply so you will be included in search results when visitors filter their searches related to these criteria.

Next, add a short description for the business. This should be a short sentence with 170 characters or less.

The next section is for adding websites & social profiles. Options may vary based on your membership level. Enter the required information, paying attention to formatting cues or instructions for each item.

The profile photo, is used & displayed for Individual profiles and is geared for vertical photo type sizing. This is not required for a business profile.

The profile logo will be placed on the provider listing. It is recommended to upload a 200x200 pixel sized image. Accepted formats are JPEG, GIF, and PNG.

The profile cover photo is a large image that will show at the top of your listing like a Facebook Group and can really enhance your profile.

For either image, select the "Upload Photo" or "Change Logo" button, to begin the upload process.

A popup will appear for you to browse your computer for the photo or logo. Click the green Choose logo button to open your computer explorer window.

After adding the image, the site will upload the file. You will see an overlay during upload. When completed, you will see the image. Click Confirm Logo Upload.

If the image is too small the system will let you know, pick a larger image that is either 200 x 200 or larger so it can be scaled down to that size.

You will now see your photo added. The same process applies to the Profile photo and Profile cover photo.

The listing details section begins with selection of the specialties that may apply to you. Select all that apply.

This list contains both sub and sub-sub level categories. Sub categories that do not have any additional options will simply have a checkbox for you to check.

To aid in selection if you are searching for a particular specialty you can always add a keyword into the search field and the options will auto sort to show items with those characters or words.

The Share more details, are specific questions where you can add more business information if you have it available, from business hours, to forms of payment.

The final section allows you to add additional locations so that your listing shows for all location searches where you provide service.

Begin by adding the location and selecting the desired location from the address verification dropdown.

The location items will populate based on your address selection. Depending on what address was entered, some items may appear blank.

Determine which service location level you want to add and click the yellow Add+ button.

Your new location will now show in the additional location section. You can remove the location at any time by clicking the red Delete button.

Congratulations, your profile is now complete. If any information changes, you can revisit to update at any time.

To easily go to your profile, click the View Public Listing link in the upper left hand side of your dashboard, then come back to edit any information desired.
